Privacy Policy

The details you enter into the calculators and planners — age, height, weight, activity, goal, diet, sleep and wake times, screen time and cycle dates — are saved only in your browser's local storage so your numbers are remembered next time. They are not sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data removes them.

We store your display preferences (light or dark mode, and men's or women's content) the same way.

Your email address, the name you give us, your password (stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider — we never see it), your plan (free or premium), plan cycle, start and expiry dates, and the date you joined.

We use this only to sign you in, keep your plan active across devices, and contact you about your account.

Premium payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay — Venva never sees or stores them.

We keep a record of each payment: your email, the Razorpay order and payment IDs, the amount, the plan cycle, and the payment status and date. We keep these records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It uses cookies to record usage such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. We never send your health inputs or account details to analytics. For visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, analytics cookies are turned off by default. We do not use advertising cookies.

Supabase (accounts and payment records), Razorpay (payments), Cloudflare (hosting, security and our payments service) and Google (analytics). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. Some of these providers may process data outside India.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent, and raise a grievance. To delete your account and its data, email us from the address on your account. We will respond within 30 days.

Health information is treated as sensitive. Venva is not intended for anyone under 18.
