Before you pay
- Can I cancel or get a refund?
- Premium is a one-off payment for a month or a year. It does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Once active it is non-refundable, but if you were charged twice by mistake we refund the extra payment in full. See the refund policy.
- Can I renew early?
- Yes. Extending before your end date adds a full month or year on top of the time you have left, so you never lose days.
- Which payment methods work?
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, all through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian rupees.
- I paid but Premium isn't active.
- It usually activates within a minute. Refresh the page. If it still isn't active after 10 minutes, email venva.health@gmail.com with your payment reference and we'll sort it out.
- Is Premium medical advice?
- No. Premium turns the same evidence-based guidance into plans built around your numbers. It does not diagnose or treat anything.
